The Café at REPUBLIQ serves "World Cuisine" and is located at the center of The Plaza of Newport Mall. The Café was conceived to provide a comfortable and homey ambiance by using a lot of natural materials such as wood brick, stone, leather, marble, Capiz shells, and heavy curtains. Specials include: Grilled lemongrass beef, Miso glazed salmon, Master Chang's deep fried chicken. The Café is also available for private events.
